[Chun-Li stood on the side of the elevator doors, the right side. And when they slid open she peeked her head out, eying the lobby, then her held breath escaped with a groan. She didn't know where this place was, she half expected it to be at least familiar. Perhaps she was suffering from a concussion and simply traveled here on half a brain.
What a ridiculous thought, and she shook her head as her steps took her from the elevator and into the lobby. The air, for one thing, was causing her to worry-then the smiley faces of strangers offering her belongings. Foreign objects, strange technical device. And a small vile of water and what appears to be salt.
She felt like she was drugged and dragged, waking up standing up in an elevator. This couldn't be happening, this couldn't be real. Nobody doesn't remember booking their vacation and traveling there.
Chun-Li's eyes narrowed and she pushed the doors open, cautiously taking the first step out into the salt filled air. It was beautiful, it smelled wonderful, it was warm. But the tempting attraction to this sight came without her consent and warranted much weariness for it.
She almost didn't want to go to her booked room. So she leisurely walked from the main office out into the sun, scanning everything she saw. People, buildings, trees--the whole scenery. Like it a brochure, or post card even. Everything was too good to be true. And as much as she wanted to throw off her clothes and jump in the ocean, she couldn't feel enthused for it. It all was wrong, all of it.]
