So over the weekend I got Keith Urban's latest CD "Be Here", which was all sold out at Walmart and Target, but Coconuts had it for 12 bucks as compared to their normal price of like 18 bucks.
I have been listening to this CD nonstop since Saturday. It's really a great CD and is one of those CD's that makes you feel better after listening to it. It's one of those CD's that has those retropsective type songs, and other songs that are somewhat optimistic of which the CD ends upon. I mean the first song is the actual first single called "Days Go By" and it's about how we are all in our rush to live our lives that we don't really actually live our lives. The next couple songs are about love and how things may not be great right now, they will get better or how life isn't that great until there is love. Stuff like that. Then one of my favorite songs is called "Tonight I Wanna Cry" which is basically about a guy who's sad that he's now alone and trying to cope - not knowing how to cope. I can sorta relate to parts of the song. Then the CD goes on to other songs about love and losing love and life and all that drama. The CD actually does something cool with the final track. "These Are the Days" is a variation of the first song on the CD. It starts off kind of slow, but picks up about halfway into the song and incorporates lyrics from the first song giving the message that you only live once, make the most of it.
It's a great CD, an awesome mix of pop, rock and country all in a great package.
