I convinced my dad that we needed a new printer for work, and if we were going to get one...we needed a nice one - like photo quality. (See ever since getting stuff printed for OTFCC I wanted to get even more stuff printed cause as cool as digital stuff is, there is nothing like having a physical copy of your work.) So on Saturday I got a photo printer. Funny little story - I checked the box to see what it came with and it said it contained all of the six cartridges - not demo cartridges...just cartridges. I went to check out and the guy was like "You know that only comes with demo cartridges with enough ink to print out like 4 things, right?" And I just give him some lip service... "Eh, I'll get real cartridges later then." I come home and set the thing up. I didn't really test it out til Sunday...with less than stellar results. However I was not ready to give up, so yesterday I found some photo paper up in my room - glossy heavy card stock stuff. So I tested the printer again with one of my colorings. Holy shit does it work. The pic came out looking better than the stuff I got printed for OTFCC. I am frickin sold on this printer.
So yesterday I printed out like 16 pics and I have barely even dented the ink supply. So stuff that in your pipe and smoke it Staples guy.
