Probably not as funny as you wanted, but here you go...rosyghostAugust 29 2011, 23:02:52 UTC
Janos cocks his head to one side. "They don't seem to care, do they?"
"About what?" Azazel frowns at him. "And will you get up? You look like an idiot."
The other man grins, and pats the sand next to him. "Is comfy. C'mon, join me."
"My suit is black. And I do not sit in the sand like an imbecile."
"Shh, I cannot hear him..."
"Do you care?"
"Of course I care! He is so dramatic about it, how can you not care?"
"Because he killed the man who pays for my dry cleaning!"
"Do you really need someone else to pay for you? You could steal thousands of new suits, or thousands of--"
Janos stops, suddenly, at the sight of the airborne missiles... that are stopped by Magneto. That was close, he thinks.
"Anyway, his outfit is stupid," Azazel adds.
"The kids, they do not seem to care about this," Janos starts again.
"They are children. Probably too scared."
"Yes, but--oh! He tackled him!"
Azazel swears in Russian.
"He tackled him!" Janos goes on. "Did you see that? The telepath, he--he is not very good at fighting."
"He punches like an infant," Azazel snorts.
"And why does he have to sit on him like that? There are children here."
"What does that..."
"Oh, he likes it rough."
"Riptide, they're fighting."
"Doesn't look like that from here. Wait, what is she..."
"A gun? A gun against a metal bender?"
Janos falls over laughing.
"That is stupid plan!" Azazel is infuriated by the sheer stupidity of it. "Can I teleport her into a volcano? Why--why would you ever--"
"Oh no!"
"Ouch."
"His lover..."
"He is stupid, too. Should have caught them instead."
"Aaaaw, look at them now."
"I need a drink."
"They're sweet."
"One of them got the other shot."
"And now he is making it up to him!"
"He's probably going to die."
"Oh--oh, no, wait..."
"What?"
"What do you mean, what? Aren't you paying attention?"
"Hah, no, the blond child is scratching his ass."
"Pervert."
"You're one to talk, intruding on a very passionate moment."
"Everyone's intruding. Well, I think the redhead has been watching that insect for the past ten minutes."
"Wait--he's leaving."
"He's what?!"
"Keep your voice down! He's leaving him."
"That's cold."
"It is, even by my standards--oh wait, are we supposed to leave with him?"
"With who?"
"The metal bender."
"Do we really have to go with a man who shoots his lover and then leaves him?"
"They're not lovers, Janos."
"They were."
"Well--now they are definitely not. Is the blue girl with us, too? Since when?"
"I don't understand how they can call us the 'bad guys.' Both a man's lover and sister leave him on the same day he gets shot and his children do nothing to help. We have never done anything like that."
"We kill people on a daily basis. And try to start a war."
"Yeah, but I wouldn't do something like this."
"...Fair enough. But can you get up? We are leaving now!"
"No. It's nice and warm."
"Yes, but we also have to leave."
"I want to see what happens next!"

For the record, I don't share Azazel's opinion on Moira. The writers COULD have done a better job with her, though...

'A gun? A gun against a metal bender?' <- that was exactly my reaction when she did that
also 'and his children do nothing to help', 'his children' sounds just so cute
