Several years after the beach scene, Erik actually manages to do what Shaw failed to: he creates an almost entirely mutant world and wipes out most of humanity. Sometime during Erik's conquest, Charles got captured by Erik's 'team' of mutants (idk who, anon, be creative!). Erik kept Charles locked away in a safe house until the conquest was over.
Now that he's established himself as the ruler(ish) of this new world-order, Erik brings Charles to his new home/palace and informs him very politely that he, Charles Xavier, is to be his new consort. Charles is less than pleased.
Can have dub-con/non-com in it if anon should so wish/feels is necessary.
Bonus: Erik, at this point, is a little bit... well, 'off-balanced.' He turns a lot of his borderline-insanity into obsessive, possessive, and over-controlling behavior towards Charles.

It had never snowed that much in the mountains outside of Chiliwack, not in anyone’s lifetime.

Charles and Erik are perfect in this. I love how Charles is still so morally right when he deals with Erik, regardless of the major difference power (by positions, not actual abilities). It's so Charles to hint to Erik that his civilization is just as bad as the Nazi WWII. As for Erik, I love that he's so set on getting Charles to appreciate what he's done. He knows Charles doesn't agree with him, I think, but he's still trying to argue that his world is and will be better than the old one, and he's doing so under (what I see as) an assumption that it belongs to Charles as well. Also, I'd like to add that I loved that Erik has everyone wearing helmets. That seems like a practical precaution around Charles ( ... )

Oooh, dystopias are the best! Don't worry about not knowing it though, I do sort of study this thing. XD
(I guess the Firefly quote applies to Magneto: "If a man walks down the street in that helmet, you know he's not afraid of anything!")
