Han doesn't feel well at all. Normally, this makes him not want to be around anyone at all, but he misses Andy a lot. Maybe she can help him? He doesn't know. All he knows is that he wants to have her near him and maybe she can help him feel a little better than he does.
When she said she was coming over, he dragged himself over to sit by the door and wait for her. It took a lot of effort to get from the couch to there, and he'd been unwilling to make her wait that long once she got there. This probably would have been a better plan if he hadn't fallen asleep soon after. So now he's slumped against the wall of the apartment, fast asleep.
