Idea for Sci-Fi/Fantasy Kit

I'm currently writing up my list of equipment for Fading Suns, which is a great flavourful setting combining science fiction and religious mysticism. I'm trying to capture some of that in the equipment list I'm currently putting together.

Do any of you have any ideas for cool cybernetics or mystical items that might nevertheless be standard enough to make a list of items in the rulebook?
