Doesn't this Pyramid Head go for those that harbor guilt inside of them?

Yes.
Those with large amounts of regret are susceptible to the creature's power. It forces one to face thier worst memories, and often combines this mental torture with physical pain.

Do you know what happens if those "chosen" are able to deal accordingly with their regret?

As I stated: I am not an expert on these matters.

I do not know what constitutes as 'enough guilt' to the creature, or his master.

If only this Pyramid Head and Xuchilbara were from my Silent Hill. Then maybe I'd have an answer.

I guess I better get ready.

Indeed, I have spoken to Matthew and asked him to rally the healers he knows to be ready to treat the injured.

Any of the healers know how to heal the mind? There's going to be alot of people with messed up minds if what you say is true.

I do not know. It is an issue best taken up with the healers themselves.

Thankyou for the help.

Can I ask another question? Do you know who I am?

You are the yellow god of your own silent hill. A similar branch universe to another represented here.

An odd question. Why have you asked me this?

I wanted to ask. Just to make sure. I am also one that realizes that what Xuchilbara does is what he considers to be for the sake of the common good.

Not all deities of the Hill share the same thoughts.
