I am afraid that I must move about during evening hours. It is during the night cycle that most citizens sleep, and therefor dream.

They're not normal ones. No one raised these. They're caused by the illness that's going around the city.

Rather coincidental that the rash of influenza prompts city-wide inoculations, and then, of a sudden, a strange flesh-craving disease mutates in it's place?
