Lots going on... I am sewed out. I did a bunch of garb for some friends and 5 custom made table cloths for our camp. The cloths look great. the skirts, pants and shirts are ok and I have to redo the bodice. Once I get the patterns the way I want I will be able to breeze through! Am also making a custom dress for a friend. The pattern making is labor intensive but once the pattern is done additional dresses will be quick!
Just when I think I have my dad's stuff all settled I get another surprise from my nephew. He got a loan with a 99% APR. Yes they are legal. Anyway the amt owed at the beginning was 2,555. Dad had been paying for a year. Because Aaron hadn't paid for 2 months the amt. owed was 2,800. It took 2 weeks, 3 faxes and about 12 phone calls to get it straight. What a pain!!!! As soon as Dad's income tax refund comes back I will be paying that one off.
Aaron wanted an internet hook up. I offered dial up. (He doesn't have a job so waiting shouldn't be a problem). He said he didn't have a modum. I offered to get him one. He said forget it on the dial up. Oh well. I offered...
Started studying for my last test this week. It is going well. Hope to take this one before summer. Getting a $15 an hour raise sounds really nice. I could cut back my hours and make more $$$.
The work is getting very exciting. I got a call from an LDS therapist with a private practice. He has a client who needs EMDR. Someone referred me. I am going to his office on Wed to work with his client. I don't know why they don't get the training, but I am sure ok with stepping in for a few sessions. It is exciting to see a client get relief almost immediately. Especially when they have been suffering for a long time!
