Well just when I couldn't stand the calm any more.....Got a call from my sis-in-law, Peggy. She asked me to get to dad's right away. I finished work and picked up Katie and headed to Galt. Dad was sleeping and Aaron was in his room supposedly suicidal. I went in and talked to him for a while. He is not suicidal but off his meds and upset because my family passed on the gift of being BiPolar to him. He is also upset because his boyfriend doesn't want to commit so they broke up. I found out that the Kaiser social worker turned us in to Adult protective services because when he came to visit my dad was sitting in his underwear and hadn't had a shower that morning. Ok ok he should have been dressed and showered but he didn't shower every day when I was a kid. It was gross but that's how it was. Anyway. I am not sure what needs to be done. I was hoping they would put dad in foster care but there isn't one for og's. They did want him to go into a home. Dad doesn't want to. Tomorrow I will be spending time making phone calls to get accurate info since neither my nephew or my sis-in-law are reliable. Peggy will be escorting Aaron to his psychiatrist for meds.
The worst part is that I wasn't needed in Galt at all. My bro just wanted Peggy to call and let me know what was going on.....She just wanted someone to talk to and get riled up with her.....
