And so... there're no malls with big Christmas decors here in Noumea right? Well, guess what they have to offer instead???
Santa enthusiasts who, annually, decorate their own homes to look like Santa's home. "La Maison du Pere Noel". Voila , look!!!
Remember, this is someone's home!! Just off the street.. isn't it just so bizarre???? Ha ha, we found it hilarious but heartwarming as well, to know that far out in the pacific, there're people who're sooooo passionate abt Christmas. The decor extends all the way back to this fellow's garden & backyard. They have like a million Christmas decorations!
There're 2-3 of these Santa homes in Noumea and they open it up to the public at night... some even dishing out candy ( paid for by themselves) for the children.
Ha ha ha... or shall I say, Ho HO ho??
