More re yesterday's post...
Thanks for all your comments - decided to put in a new entry instead of replying you guys individually.
Yup inspire_u, you're right abt too much activity for Josh over the last 10 days or so. We took that trip to ile des pins for 4D 3N.. then on Wed ( All Saints day here, PH) we took a boat out for the entire day to another small islet. Even us adults are beat, not to mention Josh! I guess I overestimate his energy level sometimes... cos he's really tireless when we're out! BUt I forget that recuperation + recovery + rest are all very impt for a child to recharge.
And I also think Josh is in a stage where he's very frustrated abt not being able to communicate what he wants. Especially when his mind is already set on things - he points, he moans, he stamps his feet but sometimes i just dont' get what he's referring to!!!
Hopefully you guys are right - with some day care , school, classes etc.. he'll learn faster and also by observation of other kids. My solo effort of teaching him is paying off but slowly and very gradually. Got a friend here who tells me her son is much better behaved at creche ( nursery) than at home cos he knows he has to at creche and there're rules. But at home, he's relaxed and back to his naughty self.
