We closed on the Georgetown house today.

I thought I had invited you all to Annie's birthday; but after checking with Amy, I apparently didn't.

Sorry about that, I have been both frazzled and forgetful lately.

We are having a small dinner party here Friday night for Annie's 18th, nothing fancy.
