No, I'm afraid that VincentxCait isn't popular at all. I'm its biggest supporter in the English fandom, but I've seen some Japanese fans... I have another VincentxCait fic called "One Step Away" at ff.net and 30_kisses if you're interested. The link is in my profile. Mine are the only fics I've seen...
