Seriously, I never thought I'd actually find somebody writing this pairing. And all of the sentences are so cute and in character, too! I'm honestly impressed. ♥ This really is one of my favorite Pokemon pairings, rare as it is ^_^

Well, what do you know... it's my "Pokémon" OTP, and so adorable and cute and... eeee! It's IC and very well written. :) Death, Life, and Star had to be my favorites, though I also had my fair share of others that made me laugh and smile, or just plain "Aww..." ;D

This is going to be long and rambly and probably annoying, so I'm apologising in advance.

When I saw this entry I was like 'huh?!' because even though I was such a massive pokémon fangirl back in the day (and still have my little wallows in nostalgia), this pairing *never* occurred to me. If I'm truthful (and I hope I don't offend you) I clicked to read these sentences purely to see how weird it would be.

But it really wasn't. It was cute, and well-written, and the characters sounded (mostly) like themselves. (Unfortunately, every time you said 'she', it jarred in my head because I've always imagined Ash's Pikachu to be male, but oh well.)

So anyway, these *must* be good, because they managed to amuse even a cynic.

Heh, yeah it may not seem like the most logical pairing to some, but everyone has their own opinion and that's totally cool. (So, no offense taken to your comment.) o^_^o;

And, I can see about the whole 'she' thing being a little weird, since I've found more people tend to think Pikachu is male than female... but I think using 'it' and trying to compromise would make things worse.

The 'she' jarred with me, too. Did Ash refer to him as 'him' or was it always 'Pikachu'? *can't remember*

(Though if I'm all right to guess... Did you (genechildmewtwo) pick 'she' over 'he' for the wedding thing? Or was that just co-incidence?)

That was co-incidence. o^_^o; I just write Pikachu as a female because I personally like it that way, but the wedding thing wasn't a concern at the time. I don't have any problems with same-sex marriages or anything like that. o^_^o;;
