Motorcycles
Went to the Motorcycle show in San Mateo on Saturday to get information on safe places to ride in California, cool events to attend, and classes for newbies such as myself. Got myself some boots and got my brother some boots, gloves, a helmet and jacket all for really good, low prices for high safety rated products.
Today I signed us up for some classes to get familiar with riding in this state and the different laws between California and Illinois - such as riding between the lanes -- YIKES! I can't wait to start riding but I want to ride safely and confidently so these classes are a good thing and we'll take all the classes they have to offer us no matter how bad it kills the budget!
After I rebalance the budget another time I'll need to take the new bike in to get some saddlebags ... shoulda got em when I bought the bike but I wasn't thinking that clearly about extra features during the financing process.
