Here be my reading sockpuppet journal, assuming the terminology holds. Originally created 'cause every so often I stumble across a fic recommendation, but am told that in order to read I need to first friend said journal. Don't get me wrong - that's fine - but then I'd go feel guilty figuring out the filtering mechanics to keep such generous people (who provide me with hours of reading pleasure!) away from my more personal entries.
Plus this way I can get around the LJ "track this" email notification limit since there are a number of WIP or authors I've gone and foolishly gotten invested in. Not a terribly elegant solution, but it'll get the job done - I hope you don't mind.
I'm sure there's something else I should be saying here in this one-and-only public post, but I'm crotchety and my feet really hurt, so I must rely on you to enlighten me. Or feel free to just be friendly-like and say hello.
