My friend Heidi and I took our dads to see Jethro Tull for fathers day when we were in like the 11th grade. It was some sort of reunion tour. It was so weird people getting stoned all around us..HAHAHA
Good times.
I love WICKED and Hair..I have both soundtracks.
I just saw Wicked on Tuesday for the 3rd time. My mom took me and her mom.
Wow! 52nd Street over The Stranger! I would bend to popular opinion and pick The Stranger, but that's not to diss 52nd Street. I think it is a very underrated album.
Headquarters-A fine, fine album, also underrated and outright dismissed by many simply because it's the Monkees. Glad to see you give it props, but I think your real agenda is to kiss up to Kaidy. :)
I picked 52nd Street over The Stranger only because of Until The Night, but it was a tough choice. Just like the White Album over Abbey Road or Sgt. Pepper is a tough choice.
ps - I don't have to kiss up to Kaidy, I'm the one who physically dragged her over to meet Micky Dolenz at Dragon*Con. :)
52nd Street also suffers form this odd late 70s production sound that a lot of albums had at that time that I'm not a fan of. Good album, but the sound hurts it. I prefer The Stranger. My second choice actually would have been Turnstiles though. Though neither made my top ten list.
