Ok, I was tagged by toms_gg & here are my promised answers...well I can only hope so....have forgotten how to post...but I did promise Jen that I would try...here goes:

And regarding my weeks holiday...just let's say that it is just as well as I am a pessimist...Murphy's Law is our family motto....my holiday didn't go quite as I had hoped. We were supposed to have a 3 bedroom apartment...but ended up with 2 & it was very small for all of us, it felt we were on top of each other most of the time. It was 500 metres from the beach & 500 metres from the lake...so the brochure said...but really I wouldn't know, because we never did find it. The fact that the beach was on the other side of a golf course & you couldn't walk to it, may have had something to do with that. The lake was on the otherside of the main road, so couldn't walk to it either. The apartment itself backed onto said main road & the traffic noise was terrible, I was awake at 6am each morning. We did a big shop when we arrived, to last a while we were there, but the next morning everything in the fridge had frozen over & we had to toss it. It started raining the afternoon that we got there, a storm the next day, complete with blackout...& it continued to drizzle most of the time. We did manage a quick trip to the beach..the girls sunbaked, but it was too cold for them to swim, while one of my sons & I walked around the harbour & the lighthouse....we had to take advantage on the non rain day.
I really enjoyed spending time with the kids, outside of the home....but I was really cheezed off with the unruly weather...so much for planning to go in the warmer time.
Yes, of course it was Intolerable Cruelty. I couldn't for the life of me remember the name....soooo long ago. Thanks!
