Point of Knives
Point of Knives, by Melissa Scott, surpassed my expectations. I hope response to this new novella and the new editions of Point of Hopes and Point of Dreams will warrant at least one more novel in this setting from Scott. The best thing about the novella, for me, was the atmosphere and the detail in the setting. I think my favorite character in this series is the city of Astreiant itself.
