Crop your picture to however you want it. I'm using this pic of Derek and Travis

Sharpen the picturee [ adjust - sharpness - sharpen ]

Add some text. I'm using the font Georgia. For the larger text it's at size 6, and the smaller text is size 1. Then merge visible [right click in layer palette - merge - merge visible ]

Duplicate your first layer [ layers - duplicate ] And set the blend mode to Screen. Then change the opacity to something around 30%

Make a new layer [ layers - new raster layer ] And flood fill it with a colour close to #DCBA96. And put the blend mode on Multiply

In the materials palette, go to the gradient tab. And make a gradient that goes from #3D2C17 to #E6D9CA. And put it at a 45% angle so that it goes from one corner to the other. Make a new layer. And flood fill it with the gradient. Then set that layer's blend mode to Hard Light. You might have to lower the opacity

Merge visible [right click in the layer palette - merge - merge visible ] Then duplicate the layer [ layers - duplicate ] And set the blend mode to Overlay. And lower the opacity to somewhere around 60%

Now add some brushes. Black or white brushes on Overlay or Soft Light work best. And you're done..
