lets get these teen hearts beating faster
Spah wanted me to make a tutorial of this iconn, so i did x)

Get some picture. Then resize and crop it to about 60 x 80. I'm using a screenshot of Brendonn. But my windows media player is evil, so i dont have the original picture. I made the background greyscaled. Sharpen the layer. So take your picture and duplicate it twice. GrEyscale the duplicated layers. Put the one closest to the base on screen and the next one on soft light. Merge visible. Open a new image that's an icon size with a white background and paste your picture there.

Now get another picture, Im using another screenshot from I Write Sins Not Tragedies. Resize and crop it to 20 x 70 -ish. Greyscale it. And paste it on the icon thingy.

Now use the rectangle tool or line tool or something to make lines cause lines are nice. Make a grey one that's 3 x 70. And make another one that's some coloUr in your icon except grey, make it the same with as your grey picture and the height can be somewhere around 10. You can add more lines if you wantt.

Merge visible. Duplicate your base and put it on screen.

Duplicate your base again. And set the blend mode to soft light or overlay, which ever one looks better.

Now add some text. I used Arial size 1 px with s p a c e s. I also added another black line, i like lines.

Take that texture made by colorfilter, colourize it to be a colour of your icon, and paste it on your icon. Put it on screen.

Sharpen it. I made another line by taking the bottom of my first picture and moving it down a few pixels. And add whatever more stuff if you wantt. YAY! Youre donee.
