1. What is your full name?
Seed. I'm not too proud to only use a first name.
2. Where and when were you born?
I was born in a small Highland village, close to the Matilda border.
3. Who are/were your parents? Did/do they have occupations?
My parents were farmers.
4. Do you have any siblings? What are/were they like?
I have a gaggle of siblings. Have you ever lived with four sisters? Well, I don't wish it on you!
5. Where do you live now, and with whom?
I'm stuck in Budehuck castle -who came up with that name anyway?- but I plan to return to live in Highland as soon as Culgan arrives.
6. What is your occupation?
I will always be a Highland General.
7. Write a full physical description of the character. (Third Person)
If it wasn't for his bright crimson hair, Seed would melt in a crowd, his height average, his build, muscular without being stocky, indicative of good Highland peasant stock. He is handsome, the way handsome men are, without being delicate or pretty, and often flashes the roguish smile (a little distant, a little absent-minded) of those whose passion does not lie in tavern wenches, in noble ladies of the Court, or even in lithe pageboys, but in friendship and their country.
8. To which social class do you belong?
I'm proud to be a peasant!
9. Do you have any allergies, diseases, or other physical weaknesses?
I'm allergic to Camus. No, really, I swear I am.
10. Are you right- or left-handed?
Right-handed, but I can fight left-handed if I have to.
11. What does your voice sound like?
Culgan told me once that the voice we hear isn't the same as the one other people hear. Something about bones or tendons or something moving. It seems average to me. I don't know, I don't spend a lot of time thinking about men's voices.
12. What words and/or phrases do you use very frequently?
I'm sure "Dammit, Culgan" is one of them. Although, I'd have to ask someone else.
13. What do you have in your pockets?
Er... *checks* some potch, a broken pocket watch and... lint?
14. Do you have any quirks, strange mannerisms, annoying habits, or other defining characteristics?
Of course not! It's other people who are annoying!
Part 2: Growing Up
15. How would you describe your childhood in general?
It was hard work, because I was the only boy, but I loved my childhood.
16. What is your earliest memory?
Sitting on my father's shoulders while he brushed the horses. I was holding on to his hair with my fists. He didn't seem to care.
17. How much schooling have you had?
Enough for my purposes.
I'm not educated like noblemen are, but I can read and write.
18. Did you enjoy school?
Not particularly. I hated sitting still for long periods of time.
19. Where did you learn most of your skills and other abilities?
I learned about horses on the farm, and about fighting in the army.
20. While growing up, did you have any role models? If so, describe them.
I wanted to be a great general, like the ones in storybooks.
21. While growing up, how did you get along with the other members of your family?
We argued a lot, but we were close. You have to be, when you live in a small farmhouse.
22. As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
A Highland General.
23. As a child, what were your favorite activities?
Horseback riding, and fighting with the other boys. I won even against the older boys. But I fought dirty.
24. As a child, what kinds of personality traits did you display?
Loud and enthusiastic? But I worked hard.
25. As a child, were you popular? Who were your friends, and what were they like?
All the village children played together, and since I always had a lot of ideas on how to play pranks, most of the boys followed me.
26. When and with whom was your first kiss?
Shit... I don't remember. Some girl in the cornfield. I was probably 12 or so.
27. Are you a virgin? If not, when and with whom did you lose your virginity?
Not by a long shot. And that was... in a hayloft with the neighbor's daughter, Molly. Lots of fumbling under her dress, hay in my pants, it and was over before I figured out it had happened in the first place. I think I was 15 at the time.
28. If you are just a normal human, describe any influences in your past that led you to do the things you do today.
I'm not sure... I'd have to think about it.
Part 3: Past Influences
29. What do you consider the most important event of your life so far?
Meeting Culgan.
30. Who has had the most influence on you?
Culgan, of course!

Becoming a Highland General!
32. What is your greatest regret?
Being here in Budehuck. I wanted to die with Culgan, back in Highland, together.
33. What is the most evil thing you have ever done?
I've never done anything I would consider 'evil'. Honor is very important to me.
34. Do you have a criminal record of any kind?
No. I did get disciplined when I was a recruit in the military but it's not the same thing.
35. When was the time you were the most frightened?
When Matilda raided my village, when I was younger... and then that moment right before Culgan and I separated to hold the two stairwells leading to the throne room in L'Renouille.
36. What is the most embarrassing thing ever to happen to you?
During my first command, I was so tired I misread a map and sent my soldiers in the opposite direction to the one we should gave gone in. Culgan saved my ass on that one.
37. If you could change one thing from your past, what would it be, and why?
I'd have told... no, that's stupid.
38. What is your best memory?
The first time I rode a horse. It felt like nothing in the world.
39. What is your worst memory?
Matilda raiding my village. The screams and the burning houses, my father hiding us in a small cellar, and my sisters and I praying that they would not hurt him.
Part 4: Beliefs And Opinions
40. Are you basically optimistic or pessimistic?
I'm a realist.
41. What is your greatest fear?
Losing those I love. It's a feeling I wake up to every morning now.
Confronting fear does not make it go away.
42. What are your religious views?
I don't care, religion is for those who won't fight for themselves.
43. What are your political views?
I've been raised in a monarchy, and I believe in it.
But I also believe the people should take things in their own hands if power's being abused.
44. What are your views on sex?
It's better with ale.
45. Are you able to kill? Under what circumstances do you find killing to be acceptable or unacceptable?
I will kill anyone who stands in my way.
46. In your opinion, what is the most evil thing any human being could do?
Mindless slaughter of innocents.
47. Do you believe in the existence of soul mates and/or true love?
I know what it's like to care about someone more than about yourself.
It's corny, but I believe it.
48. What do you believe makes a successful life?
Honor and duty.
49. How honest are you about your thoughts and feelings?
I don't like talking about feelings and touchy-feely topics, but I don't lie.
I'm who I am, and if people don't like it, they can talk to my sword.
50. Do you have any biases or prejudices?
No. I have reasons for all my opinions. Like how I hate Matilda, I don't hate them just because.
51. Is there anything you absolutely refuse to do under any circumstances? Why do you refuse to do it?
Defect. Surrender. Those things. I'd live and die for Highland.
52. Who or what, if anything, would you die for (or otherwise go to extremes for)?
Culgan, Jillia, and Highland.
Part 5: Relationships With Others
53. In general, how do you treat others (politely, rudely, by keeping them at a distance, etc.)? Does your treatment of them change depending on how well you know them, and if so, how?
I think I'm polite enough. And pretty friendly. Unless you're looking for me. If you're looking for me, you'll find me. And my sword.
54. Who is the most important person in your life, and why?
Culgan. He's my best friend.
55. Who is the person you respect the most, and why?
Culgan. You have something to say about that? Do you?
56. Who are your friends? Do you have a best friend? Describe these people.
I don't have a lot of friends. Culgan is my best friend, has been since I was a recruit in the army. He's everything I'm not, noble, elegant, educated. Sometimes I wonder what the hell he sees in me.
57. Do you have a spouse or significant other?
No. I'm a soldier, I don't want to worry about a family back in a village where they will be at the mercy of other soldiers.
58. Have you ever been in love?
I've been in lust. Does that count?
59. What do you look for in a potential lover?
Availability. No strings attached is a bonus.
60. How close are you to your family?
I was very close to my family. They are all gone, now.
61. Have you started your own family? If so, describe them. If not, do you want to? Why or why not?
No to both questions. I'd be horrible father. Domesticity isn't my thing. I'm happiest on the battlefield.
62. Who would you turn to if you were in desperate need of help?
Culgan. He always has my back.
63. Do you trust anyone to protect you? Who, and why?
I trusted my men, and I trusted Culgan.
Now, I only trust myself.
64. If you died or went missing, who would miss you?
No one. Everyone is dead.
65. Who is the person you despise the most, and why?
Luca Blight, for what he did to Highland.
66. Do you tend to argue with people, or avoid conflict?
I'll argue 'til the cows come home. Probably with my sword.
67. Do you tend to take on leadership roles in social situations?
Social situations are like a war, someone has to take the lead.
I'll do it if it's something I'm comfortable with, and not one of those snooty parties...
68. Do you like interacting with large groups of people? Why or why not?
Heck yeah! Especially other soldiers.
69. Do you care what others think of you?
Not a fig.

71. What is your most treasured possession?
My sword.

Red.
73. What is your favorite food?
Any kind of red meat, but I'm not picky. As long as it's not those tiny little finger foods...
74. What, if anything, do you like to read?
... I like to read old Highland knight stories ...
Tell it to anyone and you're dead!
75. What is your idea of good entertainment (consider music, movies, art, etc.)?
A tavern. Lots of ale.
76. Do you smoke, drink, or use drugs? If so, why? Do you want to quit?
I drink to celebrate, I drink to mourn, I drink to feel the burn of the alcohol through my veins.
77. How do you spend a typical Saturday night?
At the tavern.
78. What makes you laugh?
Jokes. What else makes people laugh?
79. What, if anything, shocks or offends you?
I can't stand it when people insult things that I care about. Those are fighting words.
80. What would you do if you had insomnia and had to find something to do to amuse yourself?
Drink.
81. How do you deal with stress?
Drink. Isn't it obvious by now?
Otherwise, I'd go ride my horse, or bludgeon a recruit in a sparring match.
82. Are you spontaneous, or do you always need to have a plan?
Plans are Culgan's forte, not mine.
83. What are your pet peeves?
People who try to look smarter than they are and look down on others.
Part 7: Self Images And Etc.
84. Describe the routine of a normal day for you.
I spent my life at war... but now the routine is just... eating and wasting time. And waiting. Lots of waiting.
85. What is your greatest strength as a person?
I never give up!
86. What is your greatest weakness?
Like I'd tell you!
87. If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?
Nothing. I'm all right with who I am.
88. Are you generally introverted or extroverted?
Extroverted?
89. Are you generally organized or messy?
Mostly organized. I don't own enough things to be disorganized.
90. Name three things you consider yourself to be very good at, and three things you consider yourself to be very bad at.
I'm good at fighting, chugging ale, and horse handling.
I'm bad at intellectual conversations, being moderate, and remembering which fork to use.
91. Do you like yourself?
Of course. Who wouldn't?
92. What are your reasons for being an adventurer?
I'm a General, not an adventurer. The difference being I go where I'm told, not where I want.
93. What goal do you most want to accomplish in your lifetime?
Die with honor.
94. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Hopefully back in Highland. Or dead. I can't deal with five years of this place.
95. If you could choose, how would you want to die?
I would have wanted to die back in L'Renouille, with Culgan.
Couldn't ask for a better coffin than L'Renouille Castle.
96. If you knew you were going to die in 24 hours, name three things you would do in the time you had left.
Nothing. Nothing matters anymore.
97. What is the one thing for which you would most like to be remembered after your death?
That I was a wolf of Highland, and that I loved her more than anything.
98. What three words best describe your personality?
Outgoing, brash, and passionate.
99. What three words would others probably use to describe you?
My enemies would probably say I'm reckless, relentless, and violent...
100. If you could, what advice would you, the player, give to your character?
Stop living for Highland, and start living for yourself.
