Not as bad as I thought...
Today was surprisingly good. I went to Math, and I actually understood some, and for the first time...he helped me. And it made me feel better about Math than I did before. I felt good about it. And then I went to band, and I really haven't been having the best band days in the world lately, if ya know what I mean. And then we had a substitute, and we were told we were going to listen to the concert and critiqe it. And it made me soo happy. I couldn't stop smiling, Meghan and Cathleen were so proud of me, it really made showed me that all the hard work I have been doing was worth it. I was happy. And then we had to do a worksheet and then write 5 New Year Resolutions when it comes to band. Here is what I think I wrote(From what I remember):
1. Do not leave the Reed on the neck and put it in my case(he yells at me for that all the time[I am soo discriminated against]).
2. March better(I wasen't sure if he was talking about concert band or marching or both, so I wrote this.
3. Play low notes better(I cannot play them very well, at least I think so)
4.Practice more, so that one day(before I graduate hopefully..doubt it though) I can try out for district band.
5. Play overall better.
That was my resolutions, I think they are pretty good. Well anyways, after that I had jazz band, were the teacher was pretty cool, I just did a worksheet than went to lunch. I ate lunch then went to Health, worked on my project, and I was gonna go to my usual band hangout, after Health, but it was locked. So Collene and I walked around, and went to our lockers, and then we headed to Spanish. MEGHAN DEROCHE visited me in Spanish as usual....awsome. And then I had Spanish, it was alright. And then I went to Rifle.
At first I shot a 96-4X(out of a 100-10X) which is pretty bad, and then I stepped it up a little bit, I can't be getting replaced now. We ended up shooting two targets at the same time, and I shot a 199-15X(out of a 200-15X). That is awsome. One target was 100-10X, the other was a 99-5X. I was very happy, it ended on a good note, and then the bus wasen't crowded, so Ray and I sat together. And then I headed home. I had a pretty good day, after last night, it made me very happy! And for dinner, I am eating right now as I type, chicken salad sandwhiches! MMMMMM! As usual.
