Yeah, I know it's childish, but I decided to decorate for Christmas today. And by decorate, I mean cut crap out of construction paper and tape it to my wall! I've not been homesick at all until now that it is so close to the holidays. So stupid arts and crafts always cheer me up. Yay!
This is right above my computer desk!
And a couple of the boys in one of my advanced classes (they are all mostly 11 or 12) decided to draw me Christmas pictures! So they went up on the wall too. Not included is a picture of Santa killing a reindeer and another picture of Santa sawing off a reindeer's antler, from a weird kid from another class.
Here they are close up, and I'm not putting them behind a cut, because I'm spreading some motherfucking Christmas cheer, dammit.
Marry Christmas, indeed. These kids are the best.
