One Rough Day :/
So today was the day that Logan went to get his bigger tubes put in. Excited that finally he and I wouldnt have to worry about these darn ear infections. So everything was going so very well today. Today started out pretty well. I woke Logan up and he didnt even fuss. We all Got ready and on our way we went. They gave him some giggle meds. And then they took him back...about 20 minutes later the nurse came an got us. and he was still asleep. when he woke up the nurse gave him oxycodone to help with the pain. he was crying and crying and so unconfrontable. the nurse and my self tried everything to get him to settle. but it didnt work. so we tried to get him to drink something and that itself was a fight. so the nurse offered him gold fish. he ate one or two and still was crying and screaming. Then the nurse offered him a popsicle. logan ate that like a champ. and he was drinking like a champ as well. then it was time for discharge after the nurse went through all the discharge instructions. She warned me that he may throw up on the way home. So once we got home daddy and I cleaned him up and tried to give him a bit of pedilyte to help with his belly. He held that down for about 30-45 minutes which was great. I was excited. but then he throw it up all over mommy. Then daddy helped while mommy got changed and then we cleaned up logan. Then we tried to get him to take a nap cause we can see that he was tired. he finally fell asleep with daddy. When daddy had to get up to get ready for work he place logan in his pack and play where he stayed asleep until 6pm. SO he slept from 2p-6p. At 6pm i woke logan up and he throw up a little bit on mommy again. So pop-pop watch logan while mommy changed again. Then mommy gave logan pear juice a little bit at a time and a few cheerios. because he hasnt eaten anything all day. he held the pear juice and cheerio down very well around 8pm I gave him some yogurt and apple sauce. he only took one bite of each. and a few minutes later he throw that up. So GiGi gave him a bathe. and got him all ready for bed. Mommy laid him down and about 30 minutes went by and did his ear drops like instructed.Logan layed back down and contiued to watch mickey mouse. Then I heard him coughing/ hiccuping and I went to check on him and he was laying down vomiting. I picked him up and took him out of his crib and felt his pillow and sheets. And they were soaked. I am currently waiting on the doctor to call back. When they finally called she said that if he continue to vomit to take him to the emergency room. UGH. I just want to cry. My poor baby is not feeling well at all. And I do not know what to do. And tomorrow mommy has to work. Some time i wish i was raised in a rich family so i could just quit and it be all okay.
