Led lights
I recently bought a Marineland LED hood for my 10 gallon tank. My bubble wand is putting off massive amounts of condensation on the top of the hood. My question is can I just tape plastic wrap over the lights so the water doesn't damage them. The lights themselves are just mounted on the plastic hood with no protection over them an I'm afraid the water is going to short them out. I figure that since LED lights don't put off much heat at all, it won't melt the plastic wrap? I've got the hood off the tank now for the day (and hoping my fish don't jump) until it dries out some.
