First off, everytime I log on to here this shows up in the gifts and I don't know what it is, or why it's name is stan, but I think It's really funny
Second of all, I've been getting into way to many television series for my own good. Although in the past summer has been all about catching up on seasons and watching movies I've been wanting to watch, netflix has just been making it all too easy for me. Also it looks like Dexter season 4 will be my next show to knock off my list, too bad I already know the ending. But that has nothing to do with Sarah Fitch. Also, my summer hasn't technically started yet making this especially bad. Although so far though I've only missed one class, and I have 100% in both my classes (unless he counts that absence against me). This will hopefully bring my goal of a 3.0 cumulative much closer. Especially because I have also learned to study abroad you at least need a 3.0, and even though it said that they would take you sometimes if you were close, I'd hate to know that that was what held me back.
Also, my one absence is due to the fact I worked the graveyard yesterday until 8 am went to class at 9 am, and literally just passed out during my mid-day break. Seriously, I don't even remember falling asleep. So note to self, don't take anymore graveyards until after summer classes are done. It will be worth it though because Mathew is coming to visit for the whole weekend and I can't remember the last time we've gotten to see each other for that long of a time in a row.
One thing we may be doing is driving down to Bedford to complete my mission Operation Obtain Pet Hedgehog. I've been in contact with this not very reliable woman I found on craigslist who is selling her hedgehog. She still has not sent pictures, and I hate to go all that way to find out it's ugly and tell her I don't want it. Though as my friend Sarah Emery pointed out: is there even such a thing as an ugly hedgehog? I've already named it anyway. whether it's a boy or girl I shall name it opus. Although, it came to me today that Dexter would be an adorable hedgehog name. But we'll see if I get it first.
My job hunt is picking up slightly. I have a promising application at the Scenic View restaurant by lake monroe, which may be either serving or kitchen. Which kitchen would be strange because I wouldn't be placing frozen patties on automatic grills, I would be cooking actual meals. But either way, it's a really nice place, and I think they cater too which could be fun. She's supposed to call me because she was too busy to talk when I was there yesterday, but I think I will call tomorrow if she doesn't by then just to make my chances better. Otherwise the search continues.
Seriously though, I want a pet hedgehog.
