Microsoft are made of money
I've just returned from the Microsoft SharePoint Products and Technologoes Conference. The conference was held at the Renaissance London Chancery Court Hotel in Holborn. Seriously posh. Apart from the fancy package of MS materials (including nifty mousepad, scrap book and clickety pen), and the tremendous buffet, I must say - these guys really know how to party. Bloody hell. MS are seriously pushing SharePoint and were pulling out all the stops here. So much business talk I'm finding it hard to snap out of it now.
In other news - went to Slimelight for the first time in ages last week. T'was rather good. Had a good old natter to a few long lost friends and realised (thanks to nisaba) that I have 22 days to apply for indefinite leave to remain in this country or else I shall be thrown out because my ancestral visa is about to expire! Y-I-K-E-S!!!!!
