"You're hot." Liam blinks before pretending to shrug in a "what-can-I-say?" fashion.
"You're pretty," he tells Louis, startling him into a laugh.
"No, but you're ridiculously hot."
Liam shifts so that he's lying on his side facing Louis before he replies.

Louis' breath hitches slightly, followed by a slow exhale, as if he's trying to calm his breathing.
Liam's surprised. Sure, by the end of the night he usually has Louis panting and moaning underneath him, but to begin with, Louis is in control.
