Only a week?
Apparently, it has only been a week since my last entry. Weeeird...
Had a great day in acting yesterday--I just felt good leaving class. It was pretty neat.
KAY, Steven Wright is hysterical. I'm watching him alone in my apartment right now before the "Crazy for You" party, and laughing my ass off...by MYSELF. I mean, he's just hilarious.
"Shin: a device for finding furniture in the dark."
"Someone asks me, Do you know what time it is? I say No, I'm not from around here."
"I remember when I was a fetus, I used to sneak out at night when my mother was sleeping."
"I had amnesia once or twice."
"I'm getting an MRI next week to see if I'm claustraphobic."
"When I go to the grocery store and I see a guy pushing 30 carts across the parking lot, I yell "Y'know, somebody else might wanna use one of those!"
This one killed me:
"I once wondered how my life would have been different had I been born a day earlier.
Only maybe it wouldn't have been different at all, except that I would have asked that question yesterday."
I mean...funny, right?! It's funnier to here him with that dead-pan freakin voice. Priceless.
What else is new...Albert Nobbs rehearsals started today, already began blocking. Should be a very interesting show to see and be a part of.
