UH-OH somebody's 18!
No, not me silly. It's Courtney Freaking Peterson's birthday!
I have known you 10 years now. TEN. And I still remember the first day. Second grade...the Catholic school days. You were the girl with the enormous bow and and little jumper and I was freckle-faced new kid. Haha remember those days? The crazy lunches, and playing in the dirty nasty creek, and playing games we made up...it didn't matter what other people thought. So now 10 years later we're older, more mature (eeh, sometimes), and definitely smarter...Ms. I'm-smarter-than-you-can-ever-begin-to-understand-but-would-never-brag-about-it. But really, we're still the same goofy kids and we'll always be the same goofy kids...and I LOVE it. So I can't say this without sounding painfully corny, but I am so proud to say that you're my best friend and will be forever...and I am extremely proud/almost slightly jealous of you cuz you're awesome. So have a happy 18th birthday today. You better or else.
