Father Christmas, Saint Nicholas, Kris Kringle, Sinterklaas... He has numerous names depending on the legend you go with.

I do know most of them, but I was not aware that Santa Claus belonged to the same group.

It's some tradition amongst the mundy that if they write to him, he'll bring them what they want for Christmas.
