In honor of the coming National Singles Awareness Day, a story about loss and devastation. No, no one is dying in this book, Todd is leaving! What will Liz do? (well, cry looking at the cover)
Date other people that aren’t Todd? Unpossible! Needs to be an icon.
And he has glasses! What a loser, my God! Glasses?! OH MY GOD! That is the highest level on the boy terror alert.
Does anything ever happen with Nicholas and Liz or is it just UST for the rest of the year? Doesn't he have anything better to do than to crush on Liz at every available opportunity?
haha and to think when I read these I really thought he was "sophisticated and handsome and nice" and thought he was dreamy:P If only I'd been smart enough to read between the lines...:P
I remember thinking Nicholas would be the perfect boyfriend. He seemed so romantic and sincere. Now, I just think he's sleazy and creepy. Ahhh, childhood!
Sweet recap...I was laughing out loud at...well, everything. It cracks me up how Steven is always "there"...no guys at uni that I know (unless they are completely sleazy) would want to hang out with a bunch of sixteen year olds! Great poetry, too :) :) :)
That word, I do not think it means what she thinks it means.
Poor writing from an SV ghostwriter? That's...inconceivable.
Great recap! I used to read SVT, not SVH, so I have to ask: is Elizabeth still a clingy mess over Todd in the next few books, or is he not even mentioned much until he comes back? Because their situation seems strangely unresolved here.

Liz waits less than two weeks after Todd leaves to go smooching another guy? It always baffles me how quick rebound time is in these books.
