Everyone beats Todd. I missed a few books so I never knew how Elizabeth went from Jeffrey to Todd but they both sucked. I recall loving the brief Liz/Bruce affair.

Haha I remember being excited when this book/series came out because it finally meant all new Sweet Vallet. XD I don't know how many books I got before I stopped reading them though.
