I think the book was clearly worth it just for that.

The word 'unexpected' gets thrown around a lot these days, but holy batshit. I did not see that coming until he started unbuttoning.

Right? Todd wore A CROWN OF HOT DOGS ON HIS HEAD, and he was still not the least dignified person in the stadium.

On the other hand, Tom's never dressed in drag to infiltrate a cheerleading competition... but on the other hand, I'm pretty sure Winston running desperately after his wig on stage then is STILL more dignified than what Tom just did.

I used to think Tom was so much more grown-up and cultured than Todd. My inner 12-year-old is scandalized.
