Since we are on the subject of awesome pop culture SVH references, I was watching The Simpsons the other night(the one where Marge accidentally gets breast implants), and Milhouse exclaim, "Sweet Valley High!" like how someone would exclaim, "Sweet Jesus!" or "Sweet Mary, Mother of God". It was pretty awesome.

About five or six years ago, there was an episode where Homer is tellling a long, ridiculous story and Moe says "That's the stupidest story I've ever heard and I've read the entire Sweet Valley High series."

Yes!! I remember that!!! I love imagining Moe all curled up with a huge mountain of SVH books. Possibly a mug o' cocoa to wash away his stressful day at work.

It totally is a SVH book. Eric wishes he was as good a writer as Liz. I can see the Simone/Tricia comparison. Maybe someone thought Eric and Steven looked alike.
