I loved the cruise ship books! When I was... embarrassingly older than you were at the time. In November sometime I'll be recapping the first two, but you are so right the ghostwriter just explains everything in the first few pages of this one.

Oh and I think Bryan leaves b/c he is a afraid of the water and is all uptight while Nina wants to have fun. She decides he's too 'radical' or whatever and the Dr she takes up with is more well-spoken and whatever. At least that's how I remember it.

Hee hee I totally remember the "jello" line Danny says, too! At the time I was all, "college freshman are sooo grown up, falling in REAL TRUE love." Now that I'm in my late 20s I'm like, "Ha ha ha ha ha."

...I remember this one! It was everyone in the ocean that reminded me; wasn't Tom really ridiculous and able to hold his breath for a long time because he swam in HS and Elizabeth thought that he was drowning? :P

Wow.

That is such a totally random book. Half the characters seemed like other people! Enid a supermodel? Lila a doormat? WTF?!

Great recap, though. :)

>>Todd and Tom have spent the night together in Todd’s room. Brain. Exploding

ROTFL!

Now there's a fanfic I'd like to read! If I ever unearth my old copies of SVU I'm going to have this in mind. Mmm...subtext.
