We've all noticed the extensive amount of purple Unicorn clothing in the Sweet Valley Twins books. It's actually ridiculous. So you can imagine my amusement when I finally unearthed this photo from my collection:

Yes, folks. That's me, age six, feeding lambs at my aunty's farm wearing a PURPLE UNICORN SWEATER. Woot! My grandma knitted it for me long before I began reading Sweet Valley. I would have been a paradigm of coolness amongst middle schoolers when I was half their age! Which really does say something about their fashion sense, huh? Sophisticated indeed.

By the way, do we get to learn the winners of that?
