Length of Posts.

I am currently working my way through a recap of Elizabeth's Secret Diary Volume 3. It is going to be long, even in two parts. 
Personally, I enjoy a long recap, as I know there will be lots of snark and information on a book I may not have read.
Do others enjoy long posts, or do you think of them as 'too much to read'?
