RAW FOOD Diet starts now...

Fruit, Veggies, Nuts and e-cig and black coffee for at least two weeks is the plan. I started this morning.

Well I believe I have lost at least 10 lbs. The scale says 305 I was 320 not long ago. Im feeling Ok. But hot food smells so good. I keep on cheating too. I had a piece of bread with butter and honey last night. I bought a vegan ice cream sandwich just the other day. I'm giving myself on cheat day - Sunday. So I can have one hot cooked meal as long as it is vegan. I'm feeling pretty well but defiantly craving a few things. This is part of a recommended but self enforced prescription for better mental, spiritual, physical health in general. I am also taking cold showers about 2-3 times daily. I haven't had a hot shower in like 3 weeks. I am wearing as much white cotton as I can. I am praying and or meditating daily. I have been reading the Gita. I am practising thinking peaceful and devotional thoughts in general. I am walking daily. Yesterday I must have walked about 8 miles. There is plenty of room for improvement from there but I don't want to shock myself too much. Im not drinking and Im off hard drugs. But I do smoke the weed every now and again. Between me and you that old love affair with the white lady was trying to poke its head up again. But I think Im over that for now - this time at least. I'm thinking about keeping to a vegetarian diet even after I go back to cooked foods. I may allow dairy I don't know. If I had the correct attitude - all of this would be a devotional sacrifice. Unfortunately I am also expecting results. So the austerities are not as pure. I cut a staff from a limb in a dogwood tree. I have been using it to practice my concentration. I hit the same spot over and over with it on a pole. Slowly at first then faster from other angles. Im getting better at it. It is all practice. Practice and discipline to see how I feel about even more practice and discipline.

I made it a about a week. But I've stuck to the vegetarian diet with eggs and dairy.
