Who's Fred Thompson? I live in Canada, next election isn;t scheduled for 2010 unless shit hits the fan (politics here are shaky at best. In the last 7 years, there have been 3 elections).

Fred Thompson is someone a lot of conservatives hope runs for president. He's showing all the signs of being someone who WILL run for president, but has yet to announce his candidacy.

I love Fred Thompson, but he wasn't able to articulate why HE was the best choice in 2008. That said, I hope that in a future Palin administration he be given a job that properly utilizes his talents to their best effect.

Taking down NPR and NEA would be a nice start. ;-)
