Videos to Share from Greece
I took a few videos while we were in Greece. I didn't have a video camera - just my little low-resolution Kodak Easyshare camera, so nothing special, but I wanted to try and capture the feel of a couple of places.
This is a little panoramic sweep I took from our balcony on Santorini.
This one is from Delphi at the Theater of Dionysus. It is a 360* sweep showing both the Theater itself and the view from the theater overlooking the valley and the sea below.
This one is one of my favorites -- the Olympic Stadium at the ruins in Olympia. You can see some of the schoolchildren getting ready to run their race. This video shot begins and ends at the altar of Demeter.
This one was on our bus tour when we stopped by the sea for a rest break. We got to take off our shoes and wade a bit (you've probably seen a few pictures from that by now.) I was struck by the beauty of the vast brilliant blue water, and wanted to remember the moment.
