Word Soup: muddle, noiseless, save, cool, dusty, bump, needy, annoy, carve, elegant, concerned, wistful
Scenario: Your character(s) wake in the night and turn on the light but it's not working. What are the possible reasons for this?
Dialogue: "Did you brush your teeth?"
"Don't change the subject."

Well, it's funny but it can have a dark little edge to it. :}

Word Soup: tin, bright, handy, car, system, ball, taste, sore, tendency, cloudy, dynamic, clear
Scenario: A close member of your character(s) family has committed murder. Would they keep quiet about it? What might their silence depend upon?
Dialogue: "Don't name it, or you won't want to eat it."

They were not equipped to survive as streeters. They did not even have proper clothes. But streeters they would have to be, unless Enoch had a plan to get them into the adoption network and find them right and proper homes ( ... )

Scenario: Your characters must break into his/her/their own home. How did that happen?
Dialogue: "You should have tried to stop me."
"I did!"
"No, you didn't."
"I wanted to. My mind was screaming no, but my mouth was chewing gum."

Scenario: Your character(s) wake up in a strange room. Write about the events of the night before, as they gradually remember what happened.
Dialogue: "Well, and I wish you hadn't called me stupid twice in once sentence but here we are."

Score! I think a lot of these might get used (although that scenario reminds me of something else I wrote earlier this year).

Not sure where that quote came from, but it's making me think of A Fish Called Wanda. "Don't call me stupid!"
