Elderberry Melomel's Baby
Last brewing post, I promise.
Christine & I racked the elderberry melomel that's going at her house, and there was some left over. I put it in a jar (unsanitized) and brought it home. Now it's in a half-gallon jug with an airlock and has been dubbed batch 21a.
I still need to post about the batch maintenance we did, but I'm posted out and the kitchen is a sticky disaster.
Tonight, steak and scotch...
