Sampling the batch of krupnick I've been meaning to siphon off the spices for two months now. Hehehehe.
Oh, my.
Oh. Frikkin. My.
There's almost a brandy-like quality to it. It's still thick and sweet, but the cloying sweetness is coming under control of the spices. It's slightly past the desired spice level, so I really, really (really) need to get this stuff siphoned.
