Racking the blueberry blossom batch

We racked this batch into a 1-gallon jug yesterday. I read somewhere that during one of the stages of fermentation, the must will taste like Listerine. That's definitely where we are now. It's clear and pretty, but tastes awful.

Specific gravity is currently 0.998, way down from the original 1.080.
