ok so I need to start noting what I have been eating or more like not.....Cos I don't seem to be losing a lot of weight! I'm pretty sure for the last 3 weeks I've eaten minimum and only lost 6lbs. maybe my body is trying to wait it out.... guess who will win!?! Anyways...

Wednesday - nothing
Yesterday - Dim sum and a pint
Today - nothing

Hmmm, pint unessasary but well needed... keep turning to beer when I'm low, not good! The only other thing I can think of that I know will give me relief and I'm trying, for now not to start cutting.

So tired all the time!
