I can haz internet from home again.
The last two weeks have not been so hot. At risk of vomiting negativity all over the keyboard, I shall instead give you highlights (lowlights?), and then move on to happier pastures. And by that I mean "go put away my groceries and study for my A&P practical".
Right, so.
-My mom is coming to visit tomorrow, and I am 97% certain that there will be Talk along transgenderific lines. I will keep you updated on that situation.
-Obviously: Luke died, everyone who needs to know already does, no use repeating everything else, I'm sad and shaken up, etc.
-It was brought to our attention yesterday that one of our classmates--a nice guy who was pretty much friendly with everyone, at least superficially--sexually assaulted/molested/made unwanted advances on two female T1s during massages. All I can say is wtfwtfwtfwtfwtfWTF and also BY GOD, VETTER, IF ANY OF US SEE YOUR FACE AGAIN YOU HAD BETTER RUN LIKE HELL.
-Finals for the next two weeks aaaaaaaaaaaugh!
-Drama 'n' Things (TM) with Jonathon. 'nuff said, I'm still in no frame of mind to talk about it. (I have pretty much alternated between sobbing melancholy, ranting frustration, and unthinking apathy. SURPRISE!)
-We're doing chest TrPt work in Rehab. I knew it was coming, and my partner is one of my favorite/most trusted classmates, but it still manages to SUCK MAJOR ASS.
However: Danni had her baby! Our whole class pretty much cooed simultaneously when we heard the news.
Also, go Iowa! I have never been prouder of my Southerly mother.
